Live and recorded meetings will be available on the Malvern YouTube channel. We will be using equipment installed in the council chamber to broadcast planning, executive board and council meetings on a regular basis.

Please note: Webcast meetings that were recorded in April 2020 are available to view via the Wychavon District Council Webcasts (opens in new window)
Meetings held in the Council Chamber may be webcast and recorded for public viewing and Member training purposes.
By entering the Chamber, you are deemed to give your consent to being filmed, and to the possible use of your image and voice in these recordings. The public gallery is generally not filmed, however, some public areas within the Chamber may fall within camera view. Visitors should therefore be aware that they may still appear in the recorded footage.
Clear signage is displayed at the entrance to all meetings where webcasting and recording are taking place.
Recordings of Council meetings are retained and made available online for one year in line with the Council’s data retention policy.
