Your Local Building Control Team
The Partnership brings together the Building Control services of Malvern Hills District Council, Worcester City Council and Wychavon District Council into one Partnership, sharing resources of expertise to provide a flexible and customer efficient Building Control Service.
Building Safety Levy
From 1 October 2026, a new levy will apply to most new residential developments in England to help fund building safety remediation, with exemptions available for affordable housing, supported housing and small developments.
