IMPORTANT NOTE: Malvern Hills Local Land Charges Register (LLC1) is now held by HM Land Registry, so we no longer provide an LLC1 search service, we do however still provide replies to CON29 & CON29O enquiries. LLC1 searches are now available via the HM Land Registry Portal.

Any searches submitted after that time/date will be subject to our new fees (as shown below) and will not be processed until 1 April 2027 onwards.

Additional enquiries regarding highways matters
Malvern Hills are under written instruction from Worcestershire County Council not to accept additional enquiries regarding highway matters, such as limits. For these types of enquiries you will need to contact Worcestershire County Council. They will also be able to inform you of their fees.

Any enquiries regarding environmental issues need to be directed to our Regulatory Services Department
